Statement Regarding Ongoing Coup of the US Government

At CaveFox, we have been in the defense industry for nearly 10 years. During this time we have made it our mission to provide stable and secure services to both state and non-state entities.

On January 20th 2025, Donald Trump was inaugurated at the 47th President of The United States. Since that date we have witnessed what we, based on years of experience as a defense intelligence firm, can only describe as a successful coup of The United States government.

Make no mistake, what we are seeing is a blatant seizure of power which is wholly unconstitutional. Anyone who has worked as a public servant or served in the armed forces within the United States took an oath to protect and defend the constitution, and we take that oath seriously and believe it applies even to those who have left public service.

In the recent weeks we have witnessed the following:

  1. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, has publicly stated he is in talks with El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele regarding potentially holding both non-American and American citizens alike illegally in El Salvador's prisons. Prisons which operate in violation of human rights and due process.  (Source)

The perpetration of cyberattacks and installation of exploitation tools within the US treasury and other government agencies by Elon Musk, Gavin Kliger, Ethan Shaotran, Luke Farritor, Edward Coristine, Akash Bobba, Cole Killian, and others as part of an illegal campaign by the unelected "Department of Government Efficiency.  (Source)

  3. The illegal seizure of funds allocated by Congress.  (Source)

  4. The purge of federal officials, including agency inspectors general, law enforcement officials, and others who were adhering to the law and their oaths, bravely in opposition to Donald Trump.  (Source)

Given these events we do not believe the US Government is operating within the legal and social contracts which they are supposed to be bound by, and as such we will no longer be accepting any contract work from the US government in its current form, and any ongoing contracts have been terminated.

Unfortunately, we cannot cut off all relationships with the United States as we are based in the United States and this illegitimate regime currently holds control of the country through use of force, but the extent of our relationship will be the minimum required of us to maintain legal registration of our business.
